West LA VA Buildings 156 & 157Two historic buildings built in the Spanish Revival architectural style are being transformed into 110 amenity-enriched homes for homeless Veterans. Construction is expected to be completed in 2025.
West LA VA Building 158This adaptive reuse of a historically significant building will provide 48 affordable one-bedroom homes for homeless Veterans, with modern amenities and robust supportive services, is aiming for Green Point Rated certification and 2025 completion.
West LA VA Building 404Century’s first new construction project on the West LA VA campus consists of 73 apartments for homeless and at-risk Veterans in a four-story structure with ample amenity and service spaces. Construction is expected to be completed in 2024.
Villa VanowenThis Measure HHH-funded development will add 64 new, 100%-permanent supportive homes for unhoused individuals located in Van Nuys.
Century + Restorative Care VillageCentury submitted a winning proposal to develop up to 300 homes at the Restorative Care Village adjacent to Los Angeles General Hospital. The community will also include a peer respite shelter and workforce development space.
Charles Drew University, Thomas Safran & Associates, and Century envision a walkable transit-oriented health and wellness community offering a mix of affordable, workforce, student, and mixed-income housing developed on a twelve-acre site.
The BanningThe Banning will provide 64 permanent supportive homes for people who have experienced homelessness and include amenities such as a gym, community room, conference room, and offices for residential services.
One San PedroAs part of the One San Pedro Collaborative, Century is developing a 22-acre public housing community near the LA Harbor, with up to 1,400 new affordable homes—including replacement housing for 478 families—and space for retail and residential services.
CityViewCentury acquired CityView to preserve 296 affordable homes for low-income seniors. The development includes environmentally sustainable upgrades, plentiful community space, and convenient access to a Metro Blue Line station.
The BeaconLocated at the gateway to Downtown Long Beach, The Beacon is a two-phase, transit-oriented development with beautiful modern architecture and 160 homes for seniors and Veterans.
The CoveThe Cove adds homes for 90 Veterans, including 60 homes for Veterans who have experienced homelessness, to the Villages at Cabrillo. Amenities include community and classroom spaces, a gym, and multiple case management offices.
Cabrillo GatewayThis award-winning LEED Platinum-certified community at the Villages at Cabrillo houses individuals and families who have experienced homelessness and features a federally qualified health clinic operated by TCC Family Services.
Anchor PlaceThis Villages at Cabrillo development achieved LEED Platinum certification with a long list of environmental and social benefits and serves 120 homeless Veterans, unhoused individuals with disabilities, and low-income families.
Costa Mesa VillageCentury’s first development in Orange County preserved affordability for 96 homes including homes for people with disabilities. Converted from a hotel, it allows residents to live independently thanks to CalHFA’s Section 811 program.
