Goshen Village

In Tulare County, Goshen Village’s 64-unit low-income housing complex is receiving substantial funding for rehabilitation. This project is a testament to Self-Help Enterprises’ dedication to providing secure, affordable homes for its residents.


Iris Avenue Apartments

Adjacent to a trolley station, Eden Housing’s Iris Avenue Apartments in San Diego will offer 47 affordable homes to low-income families and 16 homes for individuals experiencing homelessness. This development represents a significant step toward inclusive community housing solutions.


Valley Pride Village

Alliance Property Group and Community Bible Community Development Corporation have joined forces to ensure Valley Pride Village remains an affordable haven for seniors. This collaboration aims to enhance living options for seniors, emphasizing affordability and community.


Craner Avenue
