Century Villages at Cabrillo’s 2025/26 Social Impact Report highlights the power of affordable housing, supportive services, and community partnerships. In 2025, the Villages served 2,093 residents, including 735 veterans and 452 children, achieving a 98% one-year housing retention rate while expanding Century Oasis Residential Services across Southern California.
