2024 Annual Report and Inaugural Investment Impact Report Released

Century Housing is proud to share two new publications that reflect a year of meaningful progress and impact: our 2024 Annual Report and our first-ever Investment Impact Report.

As we mark 30 years of mission-driven service, the 2024 Annual Report highlights the partnerships, programs, and milestones that shaped 2024. Century helped finance more than 5,200 affordable homes, supporting nearly 11,000 individuals across California, including families, seniors, and people transitioning out of homelessness. From preserving deeply affordable housing on Skid Row to launching the Inglewood Home Assist Fund, our efforts focused on building homes that do more than shelter—they create lasting opportunity.

The 2024 Investment Impact Report marks Century’s first dedicated look at the scale and results of our financing activity. In 2024 alone, we issued more than $465 million in loans across 15 counties, supporting 5,214 affordable homes and over 7,000 construction jobs. More than half of these homes serve residents earning 0–80% of the area median income. Strategic partnerships also helped advance 1,118 additional homes in high-need areas, from Los Angeles to the Bay Area.
