Century + Restorative Care Village Phase 1 Closes
Century Affordable Development, Inc. (CADI) has closed on Century + Restorative Care Village Phase 1, a transformative new development that will bring 146 affordable homes and critical health services to the East Los Angeles community.
In addition to affordable and permanent supportive housing, the development includes a 12-bed peer respite program and thoughtfully designed amenities that promote healing, stability, and community connection.
The Restorative Care Village is a multi-phase initiative for Los Angeles County and Supervisor Hilda Solis and includes several other health uses constructed by the County. It reflects years of planning, dozens of community engagement meetings, and a shared commitment to addressing the region’s most urgent housing and health needs.
Phase 1 marks a major step forward—and it’s just the beginning. Plans are already underway for Century + Restorative Care Village Phase 2, which will add another 150 supportive and affordable homes, a workforce development center, and flexible space for community-serving programs.
We’re proud to be part of this vital effort to build a healthier, more equitable future for the community.
