PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Cove is a transformative 90-unit affordable housing community for Veterans, including those experiencing homelessness. Located at Century Villages at Cabrillo in Long Beach, The Cove replaces outdated naval housing with modern, sustainable homes designed to foster stability and belonging.

Residents benefit from thoughtfully designed apartments, shared community spaces, and on-site supportive services that promote health, education, and connection. With its LEED Gold certification and accessibility features, The Cove reflects Century’s commitment to creating lasting, inclusive solutions for Veterans.

7,000 sq. ft. of community spaces: lobby, community room, computer lab, classroom, bike storage, and offices
3,800 sq. ft. courtyard with BBQ stations, game tables, and lounge areas

ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES

Roll-in showers, grab bars, and wheelchair-accessible kitchens

SUPPORTIVE SERVICES

Case management and health care (U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs)
