Century Housing Releases 2023 Annual Report
Century is excited for the publication of our 2023 Annual Report. The theme, “Partners for Change,” reflects our commitment to expanding our impact in close collaboration with industry partners, government agencies, community members, and clients.
Learn how Century has made a difference across the state of California as a funder, developer, and manager of exceptional affordable housing. In 2023, we originated $204,660,551 in loans to create and preserve 2,535 affordable homes for 7,029 low-income individuals. With 2,269 affordable homes in our own portfolio, we also housed 3,646 residents in Century-owned properties.
In the annual report, we feature the stories of our community members, including:
· Karen, a resident of a new supportive housing development financed by Century, who found stability and safety after living in her camper;
· Diana, a tenant at Century Villages at Cabrillo, who achieved her longtime goal of saving up for a down payment on a home, with help from the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach;
· Sandra, a graduate of CRCD Academy and a recipient of a Century Community Fund scholarship, who embarked on a rewarding career in the construction field.
