More Than Housing: Century Villages at Cabrillo Releases 2025/26 Social Impact Report
What does it take to help people not only find housing, but thrive? Century Villages at Cabrillo (CVC) explores that question in its newly released 2025/26 Social Impact Report, sharing resident stories, measurable outcomes, and the community partnerships that make lasting stability possible.
In 2025, the Villages served 2,093 residents, including 735 veterans and 452 children, with 98% of residents remaining housed after one year. From a veteran rebuilding her life at The Cove to the growing reach of Century Oasis Residential Services, the report offers a closer look at the people and programs behind these numbers.
Highlights from the report include:
- Housing stability that lasts. With permanent housing, supportive services, and a strong sense of community, CVC helps residents build a foundation for the future. A resident survey found that 84% are happy living at the Villages.
- A community that comes together. In 2025, 530 volunteers and interns contributed more than 27,000 hours, bringing valuable resources, activities, and personal connections to residents.
- An impact reaching beyond Long Beach. Century Oasis Residential Services supported 438 residents through 7,570 individual service sessions across seven Century communities in Southern California.
The report celebrates what becomes possible when housing providers, service organizations, volunteers, and residents work together. Explore the full 2025/26 Social Impact Report to discover the stories and partnerships making a difference at CVC and beyond.
